thanks so much! i’ve been at it since june last year, just stopping eating unnecessary crap and restricting calories and lots of exercise!
I’ve kept myself really motivated - been working out every day, eating NO JUNK FOOD
I had some chocolate today which i feel bad about but i’m giving up sweets and chocolate for lent so there will be no more of that!
